Cancellation Policy: Our quoted rate is based on your check-in date and length of stay. If you depart early, prior to the specified departure date, for any reason, we will impose a one night early departure fee. Should you need to cancel, please do so before 72 hours before 1pm on your arrival date to avoid cancellation fees (100% of your Total Reservation Charges.) Cancellation of reservations (for which payment was guaranteed or for which a deposit has been sent) must reach the hotel and be acknowledged by the hotel 72 hours prior to 1pm on your arrival date to avoid your credit card being charged or the forfeiture of your deposit. “No Shows” will result in a fee of 100% of your Total Reservation Charges.
Amenity Package: Includes daily full breakfast buffet; high speed internet; secured & covered parking; hotel lobby bottled water, snacks and sodas; 24-hour coffee, tea, infused water & snacks; 2 daily Activity Passes (choose Island Fitness Center, swim passes for Bainbridge Aquatics Center, or Kids Museum); in room use of slippers and robes, perks at local Restaurants, unlimited local, long-distance (U.S. & Canada) and toll-free (800, 888, 877) phone calls; and our Forgot Something Program – (E.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable razor & crème, laundry detergent.
Child Policy: Children 12 and under are free. Children 13 years and older are considered adults and require the additional occupant fee of $15 per night per person.
Pet Policy: Pets (Dogs) are welcome based on the availability of pet-friendly rooms on the second floor. We allow up to two dogs in a room, size limit for per dog is 80 pounds. As Pets are not allowed on furniture, upon request, we can provide a pet cot for your guest room. The pet-friendly rate is additional $30 per day. No cats allowed.
Additional Occupants: Our Guestroom Rates are based on two persons. Additional Occupants are $15 per day plus tax.
Extraordinary Clean Up Charge: As an environmentally friendly hotel, The Marshall Suites is a Smoke Free Environment. Damage to guestrooms (e.g. odors from pets, Smoking Anything, Vaping, Stains from Hair Colorings, Makeup, etc.) will result in additional charges of the actual cost to repair or $250 per day extraordinary clean up fee, whichever is greater, payable at check out.
